Preparation of the new headquarters of Racetech Srl in the industrial area of Premariacco a leading company in the production of motorcycle accessories and components. Construction of the headquarters building from scratch. Complete realization of the interiors in Design&Build mode, or from design to set up. The project involved two floors of the building characterized by a large reception area on the ground floor, an area dedicated to operational and executive offices on the first floor and a meeting room that is also a showroom. In line with the company’s slogan, it was decided to use an industrial footprint, an almost raw floor finish and colors in line with the company identity associated with the natural wood. Subsequent construction of an external compass in collaboration with the Rizzani and Conti Associati studio.
